Reference

What can I put in a QR code?
Any text: a URL, plain text, contact details, or a phone number. Shorter content produces a simpler code that is quicker and more reliable to scan.
What does the error-correction level do?
It adds redundancy so the code still scans when partly obscured or damaged. L recovers about 7%, M 15%, Q 25% and H 30% — but higher levels hold less data for the same size.
Is my data sent to a server?
No. The QR code is generated locally in your browser. Nothing you enter is uploaded, logged, or stored.
